You’ll work on a variety of AEC and industrial projects, gaining exposure to power systems, lighting, fire alarm design, automation, and NEC code compliance—all within a collaborative, supportive environment that values mentorship, learning, and curiosity.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with electrical design tasks including power, lighting, fire alarm, automation, and NEC code review.
  • Perform basic drafting, redlines, documentation updates, and project file coordination.
  • Coordinate design work with internal teams and external professionals, including architects and other engineering disciplines.
  • Support project managers with correspondence, material lists, calculations, design concepts, drawings, and project documentation.
  • Complete engineering assignments that require critical thinking and creative problem-solving.
  • Work independently on small project tasks and assist senior engineers on larger, more complex projects.
  • Participate in both office and field assignments, including site visits for field verification and inspections.
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and completeness of assigned deliverables.

Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and engineering/design software such as AutoCAD, MathCAD, ETAP, EasyPower, or similar tools.
  • Ability to collect and verify design and field information, including clearances and functionality.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to comply with company drug screening, including pre-employment tests.
  • A valid drivers license.
Pay Range
