As a full-time IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing technical support across our multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in IT support, who is eager to contribute to a dynamic team and grow their career in a fast-paced environment.

This position will be in office and based out of our West Seneca location, with weekly travel between our three Western New York locations in Depew, Springville, and West Seneca.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to end-users, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems, including servers, workstations, software license servers and peripheral devices.
  • Monitor and support network systems, including firewalls, VPN’s & switches, Ability to troubleshooting network issues and assist with network performance optimization.
  • Help implement and maintain security measures to protect company data and IT assets.
  • Offer training and guidance to employees on IT systems, software applications, and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and IT infrastructure changes.
  • Work with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and ensure service levels are met.
  • Support IT projects such as wholescale system upgrades and large-scale software upgrades and other hardware replacement projects
  • Work proactively to identify areas for overall system improvement & efficiency
Qualifications:
  • Associate’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in a multi-location environment.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Familiarity with IT security practices and tools.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to comply with company drug screening, including pre-employment tests.
  • A valid driver's license, along with the ability to travel between office locations.
  • Availability to work occasional evening of weekend hours.
